By using Passport Memory, you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older to use this app.
Passport Memory has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Users may not post content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate. Violations will result in immediate content removal and account termination.
All user-generated content is subject to review. Users can report objectionable content using the report button on any post. We review all reports and act within 24 hours. Reported content is removed immediately upon verification.
Users can block other users at any time using the options menu on any post. Blocked users are immediately removed from your feed.

Passport Memory collects information you provide when creating an account, including your email address and travel memories you choose to log. Photos and videos you upload are stored securely on our servers.
We use your information to provide the app's features, including storing your travel memories, generating AI recommendations, and enabling social features like following and liking trips.
Our AI recommendation feature uses your trip history, tags, and budget information to suggest travel destinations. This data is processed securely and never sold to third parties.
Passport Memory offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Plus and Pro) and one-time credit purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
To provide app features, we share limited data with trusted third-party services: Anthropic (to generate AI travel recommendations), Duffel and Hotelbeds (to search live flight and accommodation pricing, Pro tier only), and RevenueCat (to process subscription purchases). These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their specific function and do not receive your full account information.
We do not sell your personal data. Public trips you choose to share are visible to other users. Private trips are only visible to you.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings menu within the app. This will permanently delete all your data.
